Blueberry Crumb Muffins

Muffin Dough:

• 60 g Butter
• 60 g Sugar
• 1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • mix ingredients
• 1 Egg
  • add to butter mixture
• 120 g Flour
• 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • mix ingredients separately
• 120 g Sour Cream
  • add part of the sour cream to butter mixture
  • add dry mixture to butter mixture
  • repeat until all ingredients are combined
• 120 g Blueberries
  • fold into dough

Crumb Mix:

• 60 g flour
• 60 g Sugar
• 60 g Butter
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
